These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 84winph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at 84winph.club and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein. 2.3 Account Limit. Each individual natural person is permitted to hold one (1) 84winph account only. Creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.4 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You further agree to maintain and update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
2.5 Disqualifying Circumstances. You may not register or maintain an account if: (a) you are under 21 years of age; (b) you are on a self-exclusion list maintained by 84winph or any gaming authority; (c) a court or regulatory authority has restricted your participation in gaming activities; or (d) you are registering on behalf of another person.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. You agree to notify 84winph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of account security. 84winph shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account if you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or failed to notify us promptly of a breach.
3.2 Account Verification (KYC). 84winph is required by applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming obligations to verify the identity of its players. You agree to provide any documentation requested by 84winph for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (UMID, Philippine National ID, driver's license, or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification is mandatory before processing withdrawals above ₱50,000 or as otherwise triggered by compliance protocols.
3.3 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as inactive. 84winph reserves the right to charge a dormancy administration fee on inactive accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any dormancy fee.
3.4 Account Transfers. Account balances, bonuses, and accumulated rewards are non-transferable between accounts and may not be sold, traded, or otherwise assigned to any third party.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. 84winph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. All deposits are credited to your 84winph wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 84winph does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges.
All funds deposited must originate from payment methods legally held by and registered to you personally. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, to comply with AML obligations. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 3–10 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within standard Philippine banking hours.
84winph reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification where applicable. Funds derived from bonus wagering may have additional conditions applied before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
All transactions on the 84winph platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 84winph does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
5.1 All games available on the 84winph platform are governed by individual game rules provided within each game's interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.
5.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity issue affecting the outcome of a game round, 84winph reserves the right to declare the relevant game round void. In such cases, the wager placed for that round will be returned to the player's account. 84winph shall not be liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a verified technical malfunction.
5.3 Disputed Game Outcomes. If you wish to dispute a game outcome, you must submit your dispute to 84winph customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the event occurring. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or physical casino equipment (in the case of live dealer games), and the results are final in the absence of a verified system error.
5.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the 84winph platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may vary by game type, table, and player VIP tier. 84winph reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
5.5 Live Casino Specific Rules. For live dealer games, the decision of the dealer and the game result as displayed on the live stream are final, subject to any verified technical error. Disconnection during a live game round does not automatically void the bet; the result will stand as determined by the completed game round.
6.1 All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and special offers made available by 84winph are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. By claiming any bonus or promotion, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that offer, in addition to these general Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution percentages, and expiry period will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds.
6.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts — constitutes abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in account suspension.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. 84winph actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to lock in bonus value, systematic low-risk wagering designed to meet requirements without genuine gameplay, and collusion between accounts. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all related bonuses and derived winnings forfeited.
6.5 84winph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, including after a promotion has commenced, where required by law, regulation, or technical necessity. Prior notice will be provided where reasonably practicable.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 84winph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:
8.1 All content, materials, and intellectual property on the 84winph platform — including but not limited to software, logos, trademarks, game content, graphics, text, audio, and video — are owned by or licensed to 84winph and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
8.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 84winph platform without the prior written consent of 84winph.

11.3 The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 84winph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, to the extent permitted by law.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 84winph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 84winph reasonably determines that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is associated with fraudulent, suspicious, or criminal activity; (c) the player has provided false information during registration or verification; or (d) suspension or termination is required by applicable law or regulation.
12.2 Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, 84winph reserves the right to void any outstanding bonuses and forfeit any winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Verified real-money deposits (net of any bonus funds and withdrawals already made) may be returned at 84winph's discretion, subject to the outcome of any investigation.
12.3 You may close your 84winph account at any time by contacting customer support. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 84winph platform, you agree to first contact 84winph customer support to seek an informal resolution. 84winph will endeavor to respond to and resolve complaints within five (5) business days.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts in the Philippines.
14.1 84winph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 84winph will provide notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory authority.
14.2 Your continued use of the 84winph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.
